Breakly helps you stop mindless scrolling on iPhone without turning your phone into a prison. Mini breaks snap you out before "one more swipe" wins; long breaks let the urge fade when you're stuck deep. Use it on the couch or in bed, add an optional Strict Mode that locks distracting apps until the break ends, keep essentials on a whitelist, and track bedtime and unlocks to see progress.
