Formerly known as the Widen Collective, Acquia helps simplify how you organize, access, and activate all of your brand, marketing, and product content – from one place. It provides a single location for storing and managing multimedia items such as photos, docs, and videos. Any number of metadata types, taxonomies, and sets can be set up in it. A governance architecture is built into the system to handle controlling who has access to what.
