BuzzWire is an Instagram messaging automation service designed for creators, influencers, businesses, coaches, consultants, and brands. It automates responses to selected comments, direct-message keywords, and Story replies, allowing users to send predefined information when someone interacts with their Instagram content.

Common uses include delivering links, lead magnets, booking pages, affiliate resources, product information, and other requested materials. The service can also collect names and email addresses within Instagram conversations and provide captured leads as a CSV export.

BuzzWire includes a visual flow builder for creating automated conversation paths, along with message templates, personalization tokens, Spintax, and rotating message variations.
