This is a social networking platform for language students to practice reading and writing with one another. The idea behind Lang-8 is brilliantly simplistic. This platform serves as a translation exchange system, where users correct each other's work in order to help each other learn a new language. Users who are trying to learn a new language can post texts in their target language and receive corrections in exchange for correcting posts in their native language.
