Most email is free because you're paying with something else: your data. @fuck.it is the opposite deal. It's a paid, invite-only email service where you're the customer, not the product.

The service runs on enterprise Open-Xchange infrastructure hosted in Germany, ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant. Mail is encrypted in transit and at rest, and end-to-end encryption via OX Guard is included on Apex and available as an add-on on every plan.
