Batmail is an AI email assistant for Gmail that helps users automatically manage their inbox while they are away. Users create rules in plain English, allowing Batmail to archive, label, star, forward, or reply to emails based on those instructions.

Batmail provides a morning roundup showing what was handled and what still needs attention. Every action is logged with a reason, and most actions can be undone. It can also suggest rules based on a user's repeated manual inbox actions, with suggestions requiring approval before they are activated.

Batmail supports multiple Gmail and Google Workspace inboxes and includes AI labels, rule testing, and several free email tools such as a Gmail filter generator, phishing email checker, email header analyzer, and professional email rewriter.
