About CADEditor

A drawing arrives as a DWG, but you only need to check a dimension, adjust a layer or send a readable PDF. CADEditor gives that job a browser workspace without an installation or account for ordinary file work.

Open DWG, DXF or DWT files, view and edit 2D geometry, work with layers, text, dimensions and blocks, and use coordinates and object snaps for precise changes. Export an editable DWG/DXF, SVG or a watermark-free vector PDF for the next person in the workflow.

Ordinary viewing, editing and conversion run locally in the browser. Optional cloud saving, read-only sharing and API processing are separate upload workflows. Shared SVG/PDF review links expire after seven days and can be revoked.

Files can be up to 100 MB. Browser processing allows 50 file tasks per UTC day and batches of up to 10. A free account provides 100 MB of cloud storage and 100 API processing calls per UTC day.
