Restify was created to help you develop maintainable and observable "strict" API services. If you're using Restify on a platform that supports DTrace, all of your handlers will automatically support DTrace. Restify is a framework that provides complete control over HTTP communications as well as full visibility into latency and application properties. Restify servers broadcast all of the events from the node http server, as well as a few more events to which you can listen.
